Shades of Blue

Yesterday I spent hours trying to decide which shade of Special Effects blue I want to dye my hair. After looking at page after page of photos of teenagers with blue hair I decided on Fish Bowl. Then I got really excited about changing my hair and today I went to purchase that color only to find out the store doesn’t carry that particular shade. - JM #adultproblems
